Welcome to Redemption Haus. These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian legislation.

Products and website information

Redemption Haus supplies professional nail products, tools and related products. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, images, prices and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, photography, manufacturing or packaging changes.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution or refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched.

Orders and cancellations

An order confirmation means we have received your order. It does not mean the order has been dispatched.

We may contact you if an item is unavailable, information is missing, payment fails, a transaction appears fraudulent or there is an obvious listing or pricing error. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund the amount paid for the affected product.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate a request received before packing or dispatch. Once an order is being packed or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Our Returns & Refunds Policy may then apply.

Shipping and returns

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery details and our Returns & Refunds Policy for change-of-mind returns, faulty goods and other remedies.

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy allows eligible unused and unopened products to be returned when you contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are separate from this voluntary policy.

Professional product use

Some products are intended for professional nail technicians and experienced users. Read and follow the product instructions, warnings and relevant safety information before use. Products should be used for their intended purpose and with appropriate application, curing, handling and storage practices.

Results may vary depending on nail condition, preparation, technique, equipment, product compatibility and aftercare. Please read our Product Use & Safety Policy and relevant SDS/MSDS information where available.

Website content

The Redemption Haus name, branding, images, product information and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Redemption Haus. You must not use them commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Reviews and submitted content

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. We may decline or remove fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unrelated or spam content.

If you submit photographs, testimonials or other content to us for use by Redemption Haus, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. Any specific agreement about how we may use that content will also apply.

Promotions

Discounts, giveaways and other offers are subject to the conditions stated with each promotion. Specific competition or giveaway terms will be published for that promotion.

Privacy and third-party services

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our website may use third-party payment, delivery and technology services, which may have their own terms and policies.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia.
