The Retention Redemption Bundle gives you our complete three-step nail prep system:

Each step has a specific role in preparing the natural nail before you apply your base or enhancement product. More importantly, it gives you a consistent, intentional prep routine to follow from client to client - so you're not guessing which prep products to use or changing your process every appointment.

But here's the important part: great chemical prep starts with great physical prep.

Before applying your prep products, the natural nail needs to be properly prepared. This includes gently removing the natural nail's surface shine where appropriate, removing non-living tissue from the nail plate, ensuring the nail is free from dust, oils & contaminants, & making sure the nail is thoroughly prepared before moving on to your chemical prep.

Your prep products are there to support a properly prepared nail - they aren't a substitute for correct nail preparation or application technique.

RH currently only has an acid-free primer, designed to provide a reliable priming step as part of your prep routine without the use of methacrylic acid. We are working on an acid based primer however we won't be launching it until it's absolutely perfect.

For acrylic nail systems, you may find that an acid-based primer is better suited to your specific system & provides better product compatibility. Always follow the application & compatibility recommendations of the enhancement system you're using.

Because great retention doesn't start with your builder, gel or base coat. It starts with how well you prepare the natural nail.

Always consider the manufacturer's instructions, recommended application process & correct curing requirements for every product in the system. We recommend testing combinations you're unfamiliar with before introducing them into your regular client services.

However, HEMA-free and TPO-free does not mean allergy-proof. Professional nail products contain cosmetic ingredients that can cause irritation or sensitisation in some individuals. This is why correct application, avoiding skin contact and following appropriate curing procedures are essential.

As a professional nail technician, you should always:

• Follow the product's recommended application and curing instructions
• Avoid allowing uncured product to contact the skin
• Use appropriate professional hygiene and safety procedures
• Ensure your curing lamp is suitable for the products you're using
• Read and retain the relevant SDS/MSDS documentation
• Discontinue use and follow appropriate procedures if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs

HEMA-free and TPO-free are important formulation choices - but professional safety ultimately comes from both the products you use & how you use them.

Orders are packed each evening, ready to be taken to the post office the following morning.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
